Healthy Curves Nutrition, founded by Plus Size Model and Holistic Health Coach, Kalyea Moss, has launched their mid-winter menu and meal plan. The Healthy Curves Nutrition team has curated a menu that prides itself on being tasty and good for you.
This weeks menu consists of Chicken Marsala with brown rice or zoodles (zuchini noodles) and roasted brussel sprouts. They also have Grilled Chicken Fajita Brown Rice Bowl and Stuffed Baked sweet potato. Sounds delish!
