Some disappointing news has come our way. Natalia Kills has opted out in performing at Pace University’s homecoming concert just weeks before the show. No one expected this cancellation. Sources say that she had a minor feud with her manager. When her team contacted Pace to relay the decision, they were asked why. The response Kills team gave were to ask her yourself. I doubt we will find out why. Overhearing the talk between students in the halls and cafeteria, they’re actually relieved she is not performing anymore and who is she anyway? Who is going to take her place?
On the bright side, Waka Flocka Flame is the headliner for homecoming. Waka is an American rapper born in South Jamaica, Queens and raised in the streets of Atlanta. He has been involved in the music industry since 2008 and with the help of his mother Debra Antney, who is a prominent manager in Atlanta, Waka became mainstream after the release of his singles “O Let’s Do It”, “Hard in da Paint” and “No Hands”, which rose to number 13 on the U.S Billboard Hot 100 list. Many of you may also know Waka and his wife, Tammy Rivera, from their debut on this past season of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. Hopefully she tags along with him to the Big Apple. I am more than excited for Waka Flocka Flames debut on the Pace homecoming stage.
This years concert looks like it’s starting off a little shaky. Hopefully P.A.C.E Board can get it together and have another successful event. Tickets are still on sale. Make sure you purchase them ASAP, they’re quickly going. Here is the link below:
